3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Best You Merchants is a wholesale platform for professional merchants, salons, and resellers.
  • Registration is subject to approval and may take up to 48 hours.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access if eligibility requirements are not met or if the account is misused.
  • Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and account activity.

4. Ordering & Minimum Order Requirements

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply to certain products, as displayed on the product page.
  • Prices shown are exclusive to registered merchants and may differ from our retail sister site, Best You Products.
  • Orders cannot be placed by non-registered users.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and bank transfers (where available).

6. Shipping Policy

  • We offer standard delivery within the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery times vary depending on product type, stock, and location. Certain products may carry a lead time of up to 8 weeks.
  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

Claims will be handled in accordance with applicable warranty terms.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after inspection of the returned item.

The following items and charges are non-refundable:

  • Training services
  • Administrative fees
  • Deposits and partial payments
  • Postage and packaging costs
  • Additional service fees incurred
  • Custom or made-to-order items (may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and course fee deductions)

8. Points & Rewards System

  • Each merchant account includes access to our Points & Rewards Programme.
  • You earn points when your clients shop on Best You Products using your unique merchant voucher code.
  • Points can be redeemed for free gifts, discounts, or promotional rewards, as detailed in your account area.
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Points may be subject to expiry; details will be available in your account.
  • Misuse of the voucher code system (including self-use for retail orders) may result in points being voided and/or account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding, remain the property of Best You Merchants Ltd. or our licensors. Merchants are granted limited use of marketing materials for the purpose of reselling, subject to approval.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Products are supplied for professional use only. It is the merchant’s responsibility to ensure all treatments and products are used in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

12. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate merchant accounts at any time, particularly in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
